MA/57/2018

Giyasuddin Mallik, Secretary, Ramghati R.L.I - Complainant(s)

Versus

Station Manager, Labpur, WBSEDCL - Opp.Party(s)

08 Jun 2018

ORDER

Both parties file hazira.

The petition dated 19.04.2018 filed by the Complainant Ramghati RLI for permitting them to deposit current bill is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A 57/2018.

            Heard both sides.

We find that by passing interim order dt. 07.02.2018 the O.P WBSEDCL was directed to restore the electric line of the complainant on receiving Rs. 60,000/- as lump sum. The O.P has already received the said payment and restore the line.

It is the allegation of the complainant that the O.P is not receiving the current bill of the complainant. We think if the O.P/WBSEDCL does not receive the bill the complainant is to face extra monetary burden and O.P/WBSEDCL will also lose revenue and we do not find any impediment to allow the prayer.

            Hence,

Ordered

that the petition dated 19.04.2018 filed by the Complainant Ramghati RLI for permitting them to deposit current bill i.e. M.A No. 57/2018 is allowed. No cost.

Thus M.A is disposed of.

The complainant is directed to deposit current bill month by month or quarterly and the O.P/WBSEDCL, Labpur is directed to receive the same.
