Both parties file hazira through advocate.

The case is fixed for argument.

After hearing argument from both sides the Commission proceeds to dispose of the case as hereunder: -

The Complainant has an electric connection to his submersible pump  vide Consumer I/D No.233197052 initially with one phase meter and subsequently converted to three phase meter on deposit of service connection charge Rs.33,047/- and security deposit of Rs.2,250/. It is alleged by the Complainant that the said connection was disconnected by O.P. w.e.f. 06/06/2014 to 10/12/2015 and during this period the Complainant has suffered pecuniary loss for which he has filed the instant case claiming adequate compensation for the same.

O.P. contested the case by filing a written version denying the allegations made in the complaint contending inter alia that O.P. authority never disconnected the electric connection of the Complainant as alleged as during that period they have raised electric bills. The O.P. has therefore prayed for dismissal of the case.

.                                                                                   -: Decision with reasons: -

Having regard to the facts of the case, submission, contention and documents on both sides the Commission finds that the Complainant could not produce an iota of evidence with regard to the disconnection of electric connection to his submersible pump and so question of awarding compensation as prayed for cannot be considered at all. Submersible pump of the Complainant with one phase meter subsequently with three phase meter was installed under turnkey process where materials of installation were supplied by the Complainant and as such the Complainant is not entitled to get any relief in this case.

Hence, it is ordered………..

That the case be and the same is dismissed on contest but without cost.

Both parties be supplied copy of this order free of cost.
