Hazira is filed on behalf of the complainant through Advocate.

The case is fixed for Admission Hearing.

On perusal of the Written complaint and other materials on record and hearing the Ld. Advocate for the complainant the Commission finds that a similar case has been filed by the complainant No. being C.C. 12/2020 pending before this Comission which is at the stage of filing W.V.by the WBSEDCL Authority. Consumer Complaint on the same cause of action is not maintainable and hence it cannot be entertained.

Hence, it is ordered…..

That the instant case is disposed of as being not admissible with liberty given to the complainant to raise all the billing disputes with regard to Meter No.GX0702553 in the above referred Complaint case.

Copy of this judgement be supplied to both parties free of cost.
