Today is fixed for steps by Complainant to file requisite as a last chance.

Complaint is absent without any step. 

It is now 12-45 p.m.   On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor his Advocate is found present either to file requisite or to take steps.

Perused the materials on record.  It appears that Complainant is found absent also without  taking any steps on several previous dates.

 In view of above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that the Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this complaint is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                                              Ordered

That the Complaint Case no.02 of 2016 be and same is hereby dismissed for default

but without cost.
