Today is fixed for S/R and appearance and for filing W/O in respect of petition under Section 13(3B) of the C.P. Act by the O.Ps.

At this stage complainant files a petition through the ld. Advocate that the matter in dispute has been settled between the parties out of this Forum and for that reason the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case further and prays for appropriate order.

Ld. Lawyer for the O.P. is also present and he admits this fact. The copy of the petition for withdrawal by the complainant is also received by the OP.

The matter is heard from both sides. After hearing both sides, we are of the opinion that the prayer for withdrawal of the complaint by the complaint should be allowed as the matter has amicably been settled by the parties out of this Forum.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 144/2018 be and the same is dropped on the ground of withdrawal. There is no order as to costs.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
