FINAL ORDER

Sri Samaresh Kumar Mitra, Presiding Member.

This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for an order directing the OP to send a fresh bill and to pay the arrear amount by installments.

From the case record, it appears that the complaint has been filed by the complainant on 10.11.2016 and 18.11.2016 was fixed for admission hearing. On that day, the complainant was found to be absent.

Thereafter several opportunities on 24.11.16, 22.12.16 and lastly 18.01.17 were given to the complainant to get his case admitted but on all the occasions the complainant was found to be absent.

Our considered view is that the complainant is not willing to get his complaint admitted. So, it is liable to be dismissed for being not admitted.

            Hence,

                                                                      Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 159/2016  is dismissed for  being not admitted.

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
