Today is fixed for show cause by the Complainant.

Complainant is absent without any steps.

It is now 1-10 p.m. on repeated calls neither Complainant nor anybody for the Complaint is found present either to file show cause or to take any step.

It also appears from the case record that the Complainant was also absent without any step on the previous dates as such Complainant has asked to show cause as to why this case shall not be dismissed for his absence without any step vide order no. 11 dated 27-04-2017.

In view of the circumstances we have no sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

So, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

That the Complaint Case no.84 of 2015 be and same is here by dismissed for default but without cost.

Let a plain copy of this Order be supplied to the Complainant free of cost, if applied for.
