The case is fixed for filing W.V. by the O.P.

No step is taken by the complainant.

It appears from the record that the complaint was filed on 21-02-2019 and the complainant files hazira lastly on 15-11-2019 and since then no step is being taken by the complainant.

Admittedly a prolong cease work by the Local Bar Association is continuing but it can not deter the complainant to abstain from taking any steps as he is himself conducting the case without engaging any lawyer. It is the duty of the complainant to make his appearance on day to day hearing of the case and it is the discretion of the  Commission to consider adjournment petition if any but without appearance of the complainant and in absence of any adjournment petition it is desirable for the Commission to automatically adjourn the case. So it is a fit case to pass adverse order against the complainant.

Hence it is ordered that the case is dismissed for default with liberty given to the complainant to apply for restoration on proof of sufficient cause.
