The case is fixed for filing W.V. by the O.P.

It appears from the record that the complainant has filed the instant case himself without engaging an Advocate and after admission on 27-11-2019 the complainant neither appeared nor took any step. In absence of the complainant taking step further progress cannot be made though the O.P. has appeared and the case is fixed for filing Written Version by the O.P.

Cease work by the Local Bar Association cannot be a ground for the complainant to abstain from taking steps and even after situation of COVID 19 the complaint has not for a single day made his appearance for further progress of the case. The Commission thinks that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

Hence, it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint Case is dismissed for default with liberty given to the complainant to apply for restoration of the same on proof of sufficient ground.
