Today is fixed for hearing argument and filing B.N.A. O.p. no.1 is found present and ready. Ld. Advocate for the O.p. nos.2 to 6 is also ready. Complainant side is found absent and no step has been taken even on the last two days complainant was found absent without any step.

O.p. no.1 today has filed an application by supporting affidavit and stated that the O.p. no.1 has already supplied electricity and installed electric meter at the premises of the complainant on 30/04/2019.

As the dispute of this case has already been solved, the there is no justification for continuing this 5 years old case.

In the result,

it is accordingly

that the complaint case be and the same is dismissed. No order is passed as to cost.
