Complainant is absent without any steps. The Ld. Advocate appearing for the O.Ps. is present.

It appears that complainant did not care to file show cause even this case being related to electricity matter. Electricity is an essential element in our life and absence of complainant and non filing of show cause by him clearly depicts how far he is interested relating to this case, especially when even non filing of any show cause whatsoever.

All these acts and omissions on the part of complainant are exhibiting the conduct of complainant. So, no need to proceed further.

Hence, the instant case is disposed of without any merit.
