The Complainant is present.

On behalf of the O.Ps, the Ld. Agent has appeared and files a petition praying for time for filing W.O for the grounds as shown therein.

At this, the Complainant has filed a petition praying for necessary permission for withdrawal of the case for the grounds as stated in his petition.

Heard the Complainant in regard to this petition.

As the existing dispute has been amicably settled up outside the precincts of this Forum.

The O.P did not dispute it in any manners.

We accord necessary permission to the Complainant to withdrawal of the case.

Accordingly, in view of the petition filed by the Complainant, the case is disposed off without cost.
