One Sudipta Mondal S/O Dipak Mondal (Complainant) has filed an application and pray for referring the case to Lok Adalat for disposal. The Ld. Advocate for OP endorses his no Objection. Hence the case be placed before the Lok Adalat on 11.12.2021 for disposal.

                                                                                    O R D E R

One Sudipta Mondal S/O. the complainant Dipak Mondal is present on behalf of the complainant.  Sri Apurka Kumar Sautya, Ld. Advocate on behalf of the O.P. is present.  Mr. Apurba Kumar Sautya has submitted that the disputes between the parties has already been settled by generating a new bill on actual consumption.  Sri Sudipta Mondal submits that the matter has been settled amicably and the O.P. generated new bill as per actual consumption and the complainant has no grievance against the O.P.  Sri Sudipta Mondal and the Ld. Advocate for the O.P. Sri Apurba Kumar Sautya have prayed for disposal of the case.  Sri Apurba Sautya also submits that the O.P. has nothing to say if the case is disposed of.

Considered .  As the complainant and the O.Ps. have settled the disputes amicably, the C.C. may be disposed of on consent.

Hence the complaint case be disposed of on consent.
