            The complainant- Probir Sarkar  along with his authorized representative is present.

An authorized representative along with Ld. Advocate for the OP-WBSEDCL is present.

The dispute has been amicably settled down as per terms as under:-

1. The  OP will raise an electric bill for 350 units for the  period from 07.08.2019 to 16.01.2020.
2. The  complainant will pay the bill as raised in (i) and current bills as per installments

.

3. The OP will give the opportunity to the complainant to make the bills in easy installments.

So, the case being No. CC/23/2020  be and the same  is disposed of with full and final satisfaction  of the complainant.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
