The case is fixed for bringing order from the Hon’ble High Court.

It appears from the record that an Ex-parte order was passed by this Commission on 22-12-2016 in C.C. No.76/2015 directing the O.P./Jdr. for restoration of electric supply to the complainant but the appeal therefrom benng FA/757/2017 preferred by the O.P. was allowed on contest by the State Commission on 03-07-2018. An order was passed on 15-06-2017 in the instant Execution case directing the O.P./Jdr. for restoration of electric service connection but the said order was challenged before the State Commission in F.A. No.771/2017 and the said order has been set aside on the same date i.e. 03-07-2018 with the observation that when the basic order passed by the Ld District Commission in C.C. 76 of 2015 has been set aside the existence of the instant Execution case No. being 01 of 2017 has become futile.

In view of this the instant Execution case is dismissed as not maintainable.
