This record is put up today on the strength of the put up petition filed by the complainant.

The complainant also files another petition stating that the complainant has filed the above-referred case against the Ops and prayed for reliefs stated therein. The matter of disputes in between the parties to this case has amicably been settled in between them. Therefore, the complainant did not want to proceed the case and prayer is made to dismiss the case for non-prosecution.

As the complainant by filing petition stating that he is not willing to proceed with the complaint further as the dispute has been amicably settled in between the parties out of this Forum, we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 221/2018 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
