          An application under Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC has been filed jointly by the parties, stating that they have mutually settled the matter and in terms of the settlement, it may be disposed of.

          Since, parties have mutually settled the matter as per terms of the settlement mentioned in the application under Order 23 Rule 3 of CPC, the present petition stands disposed of being mutually settled.

          The parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement.
