ORDER

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties by putting up the case in the Lok Adalat . It has been observed that enhancement of the water supply and sewerage Charges have been stayed in this case on the basis of the stay of same granted by the Honble Punjab and Haryana High court in C.M. No.10872 of 2005 in CWP No.9169of 2005vide order dated july 18,2005..So far Honble High court have not decided that writ Petition .In case any other order is passed by this Forum it may lead to conflicting the order to the order passed by the Hon'ble High court in the writ petition. So final order cannot be passed in this case by this Forum during the pendency of Writ Petition in the Hon'ble High court. 2.In these circumstances the case is adjourned as sinedie and be taken up as and when required by the parties after the decision of writ Petition by the Hon'ble High court to pass appropriate order by this Forum in this case .File be consigned to the record room as sinedie. Announced in the open Forum:18.12.2007
