Final Order / Judgement

Present: 

For the applicant:            In Person.

 

Sh.Gurnam Singh, RTO, Faridkot has come present in person and filed reply to the execution application stating that the Motor Vehicle(Maxi Cab) no.PB29R-5841 registered in the name of Sh.Gurchetan Singh s/o Sh.Mangal Singh has been converted into Non Transport Vehicle (Private Vehicle) by the office of Regional Transport Office, Faridkot and also made a following separate statement to this effect:-

          “Stated that in compliance of the order dated 01.09.2023 passed by this District Commission, I have converted the vehicle of the complainant from taxi to private vehicle and today I have given the RC of the vehicle in question to complainant and I also paid Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as full and final payment to the applicant/decree holder as per his satisfaction today before this Commission.”

On the other hand, applicant/decree holder has made a following separate statement:-

“Stated that in compliance of the order dated 01.09.2023 passed by this District Commission, JDs have converted my vehicle from taxi to private vehicle and today they have handover fresh RC of the vehicle in question to me and I have received Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as full and final payment from the JDs with regard to my claim today before this Commission. As such, I withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.”

In view of the statement made by applicant/decree holder, the present execution application stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
