Complainant coming up for hearing on admission, the forum deliver the following.

Complaint is filed against the deficiency in service alleged against a Government hospital. Consumer Protection Act has specifically laid down that service availed free of charge will not come under the purview of the Act. Hence without going into the merits of the case, complaint is dismissed.
