Ram Pyari Vs. State of Haryana

Present:       Shri Sunil Kumar, Advocate for decree holder.

                   Decree holder namely, Smt. Ram Piyari, vide her separately recorded statement, submitted that in the present Execution application she has received payment, so, she does not want to pursue with the present execution further and requested that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. She is identified by her counsel.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by decree holder, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
