              Case called several times since morning. But neither the complainant nor her sounsel or any other representative on behalf of the complainant has appeared. Similar is the position with the respondents-JDs. It is already 03.50 pm. Further wait is not Justified. Accordingly, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
