Sector-9, Residents Welfare Society (Regd.) having its office at Community Centre, Sector-9, Karnal through its President Sh. Som Pal Rana, resident of House No.866, Sector-9, Urban Estate,Karnal, aged about 52 years.

1. State of Haryana through its Collector, Karnal.
2. The Chief Administrator of Haryana Vikas Pradhikaran having its office at Sector-6, Panchkula.
3. Haryana Vikas Pradhikaran through its Estate Officer, having its office at Sector-12, Karnal.
4. Municipal Corporation, Karnal through its Commissioner, Karnal.
5. Sanjay son of Prem Singh, resident of Village Chhapra Khera, district Karnal.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

       Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of Ops No.4 & 5 and for issuance of Ops No.1 & 2.  Written version on behalf of Op No.4 filed.  Copy supplied.

                At the stage, complainant suffered her separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical defect and sought permission to file afresh on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. 

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
