                   Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.40 p.m. but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant. This case is pending for reply to the application of OP no. 4 by the complainant, since 14.06.2016.  A period of one year has passed, but the complainant has failed to file the reply to the said application and the complainant or his counsel is not appearing since 14.06.2016.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  No further adjournment is justified in the absence of the complainant or his counsel.  This is one of the old case.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order. File be consigned to the records.
