                   Today the execution application is fixed for compliance. Counsel for the complainant by making a separate statement states that matter has been compromised and order under execution has been complied with. Now, he withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
