ORDER

 

            Despite service the complainant has not come present. The draft of Rs.1458/- and Rs.80/-has been deposited in the bank account of the Forum.

            The interest amount of Rs.80/- was submitted before this Forum on 16.9.2010 much after the period of 10 days afforded to the OP-appellant by the Hon’ble State Commission vide its order dated 3.9.2010 passed in FA No.289 of 2010. Since the amount has not been deposited within ten days, the deposit of the amount would not operate as stay against the execution.  Office to make an entry in the record. The present application as well as MA No.113 of 2010 be consigned to record.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
