                        Case again taken up at 3.25 P.M. and called repeatedly but neither complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. On perusal of file, it has  come into the notice of Forum that complainant has availed various opportunities for tendering his evidence since 20.11.2014 but has not concluded the same till date rather  he has opted not to come present today despite availing of last opportunity.  As such, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance of the complainant. Copies of this order be sent to parties concerned free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to record room.
