It is brought to our notice that concerned authority has not complied with Court’s order properly.  The complainant, if so advised is directed to file contempt application. 

Learned counsel for the complainant has filed SLP before the Supreme Court and it is fixed for mention today.  On the question of filing the written statement, the matter has already been referred to the Larger Bench. 

          Therefore, the case is adjourned to 9.12.2014 for further proceedings.

          Mr. Kapil Arora, who is present in this Commission, wants to withdraw from this complaint.  He is identified by learned counsel for the complainant.   Therefore, his name is deleted.  It is also made clear that in case the Supreme Court has decided the matter earlier, the parties are at liberty to move an application for early hearing.
