          This transfer application has been received by post, which has been sent by Suresh Kumar-complainant, 100% disabled vide Handicapped Certificate for the Persons with Disabilities (Annexure B) to transfer his complaint No.147 of 2016, titled Suresh Kumar Versus State of Haryana and another, from District Forum, Panipat to Bhiwani.  The ground taken is that he being 100% handicapped, is unable to attend the hearing of the case at Panipat. So, it would be convenient for him to prosecute his complaint at Bhiwani because he is a resident of Bhiwani.

2.      In view of above, the complaint shall stand transfer to the District Forum, Bhiwani to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

3.      Copy of this order be sent to the applicant as well as District Fora Panipat and Bhiwani respectively.

4.      Disposed of accordingly.
