The present petition filed by the petitioner was defective. Various opportunities were given to the petitioner to remove the defects. Petitioner has failed to remove the defects. In spite of service, none is present on behalf of petitioner. Since nobody is present on behalf of petitioner nor the defects have been removed, the present petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution as well as for non-compliance of the order passed by this Commission.
