                   Today the execution is fixed for placing on record further order of the Hon’ble State Commission. Counsel for the Ops has placed on record a photocopy of order of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 16.10.2015 in first appeal No.459 of 2015 tilted as State Bank of Patiala vs. Rajinder Kumar in which order of this Forum has been set aside by the Hon’ble State Commission. In view of the order of the Hon’ble State Commission, the present execution application has become infractuous and the same is hereby disposed off accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
