Present:    None for the complainant.

                Sh. G.L.Sharma Advocate, counsel for OPs.

                     

                        Case called several times since morning. It is 3.30 P.M. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that complainant is not appearing continuously from last seven (7) hearings. Moreover, Sh. G.L. Sharma, Advocate, counsel for OPs disclosed before this Forum at the time of closing his evidence on 06.07.2015 that complainant has repaid the entire loan amount to the Ops Bank and his account has been closed. The case pertains to the year 2011. It seems that complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
