Para No.24 of the complaint notices that the total amount of cheques on which signatures of the complainant were forged and amount withdrawn, was Rs.29,57,828/-. However, in para no. 49, amount of Rs.1,60,00,000/- has been claimed from the opposite party-Bank. After arguing for sometime, Shri Kumar states that complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn with leave and liberty reserved to the complainant to file complaint before the State Commission by suitably reducing the claim amount. Dismissed as withdrawn. Leave and liberty prayed for are granted.
