Nathi Devi filed a consumer case on 20 Dec 2023 against State Bank of Patiala in the Fatehabad Consumer Court. The case no is CC/213/2021 and the judgment uploaded on 29 Dec 2023.
Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that due to technical defects he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and requested for filing the same afresh after curing the defects. In view of above said statement of the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint before the appropriate court of law and in that eventuality, the period of litigation before this Commission shall not be counted towards the period of limitation. Original documents, if any, be returned after placing the photo copy of the same on the case file. Exemption of time spent before this Forum is also granted in terms of the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the case titled “Laxmi Engineering Works versus PSG Industrial Institute (1995) 3 SCC page 583. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
