                        The learned counsel for complainant has made statement that he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate Forum having territorial jurisdiction. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file fresh before the appropriate Forum having territorial jursidcition, subject to law of limitation.

                        Copy of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
