Lal Bachan       Vs.     Liberty GIC.

 

Present:     Sh. Brijesh Chauhan, Adv. for the applicant- SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.

                  Respondent (Complainant) Lal Bachan S/o Sh. Juggal Parshad in person.

                  

               In response to the notice, in terms of order dated 20.03.2023, Lal Bachan appeared in person and to prove his identity, he shown his Aadhar Card. Photocopy of the same retained on record. He suffered separate statement, according to which, the entire amount as per the decision of the Commission has been received by him.  In view of his statement and considering the application dated 10.03.2023, an amount of Rs.3,30,669/- lying undisbursed in this Commission is hereby order to be paid to the applicant SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. through account payee cheque and these papers are ordered to be consigned to the records and be tagged with record of the main case.
