ORDER

Dhr counsel produced files M/C sharing dues of Rs. 19,000/- by Jdr and submits for marking payment of this amount out of Rs. 25,000/- transferd from State Commission counsel for Jdr files memo for making payment of Rs. 19,000/- to Dhr being full and final payment of decreetal dues out of Rs. 25,000/- transfered from State Commission where as they depressed the said amount and balance of Rs. 6,000/- be paid to Jdr. Perused O/Note dt. 30-06-08 order sheet regarding transfer of Rs. 25,000/- from Hon'ble State Commission Bangalore deposited by present Jdr/OP filing appeal.Perused O/sheet in this regard and perused payment application. Heard both counsel. In-view of memo filed by both parties as stated in this memo out of transfered amount of Rs. 25,000/- from State Commission office to pay Rs. 19,000/- by way of cheque to the Dhr on due identification by his counsel and balance of Rs. 6,000/- to the Jdr on further identification by his counsel. In this view of the matter this EP is closed accordingly.
