Perused the letter dated 26.1.2010 sent by the petitioner as also the office noting dated 01.02.2010. Order of the State Commission dated 15.7.2009 notices the contents of para 3 of the written version filed by the respondent/bank before the District Forum disclosing the ground for non grant of loan applied by the petitioner/complainant by the Bank. Considering that para of the written version as also the reasons recorded by the State Commission, we do not find any illegality or jurisdictional error in the order passed by fora below calling interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Dismissed.
