ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed in part. The complainant is held entitled to the award of the amount of Rs.46,000/- from the first respondent together with Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings. The first respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.46,000/- to the complainant together with Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings within 2 months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order. The complainant's claim against second respondent is dismissed. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
