Present Sh. D.K. Sinha, Counsel for complainant and AR on behalf of OP. AR on behalf of OP filed copy of cheque no. 544107 of Rs.2,21,289/- drawn on SBI,Badli Branch,Delhi to the complainant as against full & final settlement. Complainant has received said cheque from OP and photocopy of cheque alongwith receiving is placed on record. The Counsel for the complainant stated that no other grievance is left and case be disposed of as settled.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
