ORDER

The order which is sought to be reviewed was passed on 14.05.07 by a Bench consisting of Hon’ble Mr. Justice S.N. Kapoor, Presiding Member and Mr. B.K. Taimni, Member.  Both the Members have demitted the Commission. The Review Application has been filed by the Petitioner on 8.08.11 along with applications for condonation of inordinate delay of one and half years. As per the Consumer Protection Regulations, 2005, an application for review under sub section (2) of Section 22 of the C.P. Act, 1986 is required to be filed within 30 days from the date of passing of the order. We do not find any sufficient or cogent reason in the application explaining such a long delay. The Review Applications are dismissed as barred by limitation.
