This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to credit a sum of Rs.1,000/ , to the complainant’s mother  S.B. A/c No.32316443631 and to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation for mental agony with cost of Rs.2,000/  to the complainant.

 

Vakalath of the 2^nd opposite party filed.  Vakalath of the 1^st opposite party not filed.  The complainant’s Counsel filed a Memo stating that the complainant intends to withdraw the case.  Hence, the Memo is recorded.  In view of the Memo, this case is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
