ORDER

Complainant present. Heard on the objection. In CD/42/98 this Forum passed as order on 12.11.99 that the o.p.1 the State Bank of India shall pay Rs.46,000/- with cost of Rs.500/- within two months. The matter was taken in appeal No.15/2000. The Hon'ble State Commission by its order dt. 18.4.2002 upheld the order with slight modification. O.p. was directed to pay interest at the rate of 14% p.a. for Rs.11,40,000/- only for 23 days and not for one month. It is the contention of the complainant that this interest was paid after a period of 30 months. Hence, he is entitled for interest over this interest amount. It is important to note that this Forum can not either modify or amend the order passed by the Hon'ble State Commission. There is compliance of the order of State Commission as it is. Hence, this Execution is required to be closed. Any how the complainant is at liberty to approach state commission. Give copy of this order to the complainant.
