Petitioner / complainant has been held to be not consumer by the State Commission. Complaining of non – transfer  of the amount of Rs.95,000/- from his account to the account of the petitioner, Inder Singh had filed complaint case no. 671 of 2001 before the District Forum, Ferozepur which awarded compensation of Rs.5,000/- in favour of Inder Singh vide order dated 23.1.2003 and appeal being F.A. No. 275 of 2003 filed against Forum’s order by the respondent bank has been dismissed vide order dated 26.10.2009 by the State Commission.  Having heard Shri Singh I do not find any illegality or jurisdictional error  in the order of State Commission warranting interference under Section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Dismissed.
