| Final Order / Judgement | Learned Counsel for the Complainant is present and prayed for time to file evidence affidavit. Learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties is present and objected to the documents so filed by Complainant along with the complaint petition. Heard both the learned Counsels. On perusal of the record, it is found that Complainant has taken time on dt. 20-07-2022, 08-08-2022, 05-09-2022, 16-09-2022, 14-10-2022 and 30-11-2022 to file evidence affidavit. On dt.22-12-2022, last chance was given to the Complainant to file evidence affidavit in support to his claimed amount. Since the matter is of the year 2009 and as Complainant has not filed the original documents along with Consumer Complaint and not filed evidence affidavit in support of his claimed amount, the Complaint Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. | |
