Complainant is absent . Since last three consecutive dates on 03/02/2024 after admission direction was given to the complainant for issuance of notice to the opp but no compliance has been made as yet which shows that complainant is not interested at all to proceed further in this case being disinterested which is apprent from the conduct of the complainant .

                                 As such let this case be admission due to non – compliance of order and default by the complainant . Keep the record in the record room .
