The Ld. Advocate of the OP is present but none appears on behalf of the complainant.

From the order dated 07.04.2022 it is apparent that the complainant stayed absent on consecutive dates and neglected to file show cause petition if with the direction issued by this commission. It seems to us that the complainant has lost interest to proceed in compliance with the case and therefore the case should be brought to an end.

Hence, it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
