The case record is put up today before the 1^st National Lok Adalat 2023. The learned counsels for both the parties are present.  A memo being signed by the learned counsel for the complainant and the OP No.1 is filed. It has been agreed between the parties that the dispute amount Rs.3000/-(Rupees Three thousand) only and an amount of Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two thousand )only towards interest and litigation is to be paid to the complainant within 15(fifteen) days.  In view of such settlement between the parties, the case is disposed of in terms of compromise.
