Learned counsel for the revision petitioner files a memo to the effect that  the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the revision with liberty granted to him to file fresh application for interim order U/s 13(3B) of the C.P.Act, 1986 before the learned District Forum.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the order impugned has been passed upon expiry of statutory period of 45 days provided under Regulation 17 of C.P. Regulations, 2005, the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh application before the learned District Forum, Khurda.

In view of the above, the revision petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh interim application in CC No. 298 of 2018 pending before the learned District Forum, Khurda at Bhubaneswar.
