Final Order / Judgement

Ld. Counsels for both sides are present.

The instant MA is taken up for hearing.

Heard the Ld. Advocates on both sides at length.

Perused. Considered.

The Petitioners/Complainants by filing the application dt. 11.10.2022 have prayed for an interim order in the shape of injunction restraining OPs from encashing the term depositing Account no. 34339707161 on its maturity date i.e. on 26.10.2022, Account no. 33016252708 maturity date of which was on 24.05.2023 and Account no. 38356148248 maturity date of which was on 28.03.2023 under the scheme STD-GEN STF-SRC-3<5Y-INR, STD-GEN STF-SRC-5Y-10Y-INR and STD-STF SRC UNI 181D-10YRS respectively as described in schedule A of the instant application and from adjusting the matured value of those terms deposits with the loan accounts as described in schedule B of the instant application and also from doing any mischief in any manner in respect from those term deposits till disposal of the instant case.

Going though the materials on record meticulously including taking notice of the contents of the application under consideration carefully and touching upon the submissions of both sides this Commission is of the view that Petitioners/Complainants have not able to exhibit any inspiring materials by which we can say that Petitioners’/Complainants’ application bears merit for issuing order of injunction, rather the contents the applications under consideration appears to be sans any substance and as such the prayer for passing an interim order in the shape of injunction made by the Petitioners/Complainants stands rejected.

Thus, the MA being no. 210/2022 is disposed of.
